From Vanuatu...Deuxième semaine

Halo youfala!

Et une semaine de plus au paradis...

Okay, now i have only 1 hour to write so... cause i`m so fast, i have to write my letter before

and then my companion will tape it on the computer for me. Thank you sister Lutui...

Once more i passed a great week together with my companion, full up with great

experiences, adventures and Naus (one little mango) .

So this week we had 7 baptism in our branch thamks to all the good job of members and missionaries.

For me and sister Lutui we had the chance to see one of our investigator, a little girl named Makine

be baptised and for me it was my first baptism (YEAH) ...

I can tell you that i will never forget it, it was a big rush that day.

You know we had the baptism together with all the others investigators blong other missionaries

at the same time. and everyone was there but not little Makine .

So my great companion and i took the bus to look for her .

When we arrived she was still in house`s clothes and started to go to the supermarket,...

then we asked her if she remember that her baptism was today...

she replied 'yes' and she was just waiting for her family to send her... but they completaly forgot .

They forgot something so important and so important as allowed Makine to open one gate leading

to the celestial kingdom, to be next to our heavenly father .

Please, always remember that baptism is so important , 'cause thanks to it , your name and the name

of all the persons who choose to be baptised in the true church of Jesus Christ , their name will be

written in the book of life .

Which book record all the name of the righteous and people of god (Alma 5;58)

And shall be opened when the day of the judgment come.

I know this is true , and nobody should take the baptism lightly , and surely it can only be

performed by a man holding the power of god that is to say the priesthood power,

which can only be in the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saint (D&C 22).

This power is a real power if you don`t beleive ' ask and  you shall receive ' to see this is true.

This is my testimony and i say it in the name of Jesus Christ , Amen.

Bref , all did well and Makine is now also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ,

with 6 others persons .

Oh one baptism was really special because, the invetsigator was a grandpa who is paralized.

Mekim see the elder performing the baptism had to bear him, it was really particular

but even so, we could strongly feel the spirit .

After the baptism we asked our mission president if we could go teach one mama who lives

out of our area but not too far...

He said yes, then we went but she wasn`t there, so as we tried to return in our area, we get lost.

We walked and walked for a long time and we didn`t know where we were ...

So we felt that we should go on and walk ,...then we arrived to a little market and there

we met some men to whom we asked the way. 

They told us that we were in Pango, Which is really far far away of our area !!! ...

After we talked some more with them and share the message about the restoration .

It was so funny, they were so many and they were all around us and were listening as we were

preaching the gospel.

I didn`t really realise at the moment because they spoke too fast, but later on, my companion

told me that they were all futur pastors . WOUHHH!!!!

And one among them, was really interested by our message.

I felt like it was to find him that we was supposed to get lost because he`s someone searching

for the truth , but now we have to let him use his free agency.

So that`s how was my week... i have much more experiences i want to share but i don`t

have much time so that`s it for today.

I`m so greatful to serve in Vanuatu and to serve a mission .

I really love the people and the life here. People here are so Humble, i learn a lot of them...

Don`t woory i`m well feeded here and i have a lot of fun everyday .
